The program writes a key in the registry 'Version' containing the vers ion of the proggi, '1.06' in this case. On startup the proggie reads this value and compares it to the hardcoded version value in the proggie '1.06'. The program converts thes e 2 string values to floating point values before it compares them. Now if you have 'Decimal symbol' in the windows regional setting set t o ',' and you restart the program after registering it will display a dialog box ; saying: '1.06' is not a valid floating point value. When u click the ok button the program will continue. Now when you check the about box it will say the program is unregistered (which is actually true because it doesn't check the registration info after it found out the version value is faulty).
